How to reach SALA from Wynyard
Our waterfront restaurant is ideally positioned at the end of Jones Bay Wharf. For Wynyard residents, this is only 20 minutes or so away, offering a convenient way to enjoy dining at its best.
Route by car: Wynyard is only a few minutes away from SALA. If you are travelling by car, simply follow York St south before turning west onto Market St. Market St will then take you onto the Western Distributor, which you can follow until you reach Pyrmont Bridge Road.
You will then have to head north, onto Pyrmont St, until you reach Jones Bay Road. From Jones Bay Road, it is only a few streets away.
Turn onto Pirrama Road and then follow it onto Jones Bay Wharf. Once you’ve found parking, SALA should only be a few steps away.
Valet parking: Don’t worry about looking for a park. With our valet service, you can skip the queue. Available for just $25 a car.
Route by bus: From Wynyard, there are several routes residents can take by bus. It is recommended that any guests check which route is most convenient for them before boarding.
Depending on your choice, you can take public transport from Wynyard down to Druitt St. Once on Druitt St, a bus is usually available to take you all the way to Pirrama Road.
Once there, it is a short walk down Jones Bay Wharf to SALA.
Rout by light rail: Light rail options from Wynyard are fairly limited. There is one stretch on Light rail that can transport guests from Wynyard to Druitt St.
Likewise, there is another short stretch, taking passengers from Pyrmont Bay to Jones Bay Road. However, neither of these stations are connected.
Residents from Wynyard may have to organise a different public transport route or walk to these stations.
