Decorations are welcome to the venue excluding confetti on exclusive hire of one of our rooms. All items brought into the venue are required to be removed by the client at the conclusion of the event

SALA can supply a signature chocolate hazelnut celebration cake for $18 per person.
External celebration cakes are permitted to be brought in – a cakeage fee of $7.5 applies per person

SALA is not BYO. With pre-approval from the venue we do allow one off special wine bottles to be brought in for your event – a corkage of $50 per wine bottle applies

Entertainment is only permitted at SALA when hiring the entire venue exclusively

We take pride in being the best Italian restaurant Sydney has to offer. We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions so that you can enjoy the full waterfront dining experience.

Please inform us of any allergies 48 hours prior so that our chefs can plan accordingly.

SALA is conveniently located at the end of Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont. We have also ensured that every level of our restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users.

One of our rooms Sala Privata has an inbuilt 55’’ smart TV screen.

With exclusive hire of the entire venue a personal playlist can be played through external speakers provided by the client.
Our inhouse system is for background music only, and is unable to be plugged into hardwired or through Bluetooth

SALA has onsite valet parking right at the door for $35 per vehicle.

There is a Wilsons Car Park and ample street parking at the beginning of Jones Bay Wharf, a short walk from our waterfront SALA venue.

Yes, water taxis can drop off guests directly via the waterfront of the venue.
